Voice & Vision (V&V) is the manifestation of over 25+ years of DeAngela’s unwavering dedication to the art of deep listening, keen observation and transformative storytelling. This commitment to observation is not a passive act, it's a deliberate immersion into the nuances of the human experience. Her fervor for evocative storytelling is a result of this observation, which allows her to share relatable stories and present meaningful narratives that underscore accountability, transformation, levity and wellness.

These skills are showcased across a spectrum of platforms, from delivering keynote speeches, emceeing events, facilitating workshops, narrative/public speaking coaching and more. All of which serve as a dynamic vehicle to convey complex concepts and ideas in a digestible and thought provoking way. 

The genesis of V&V caught steam after DeAngela co-founded Momentum Collaborative—a successful, global, DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility) firm. Momentum Collaborative was an international organizational change management DEIA firm whose purpose was aimed at creating anti-racist policies, procedures and people through organizational development, mental health interventions and light-heartedness. Leveraging her expertise as a Marriage and Family therapist, DeAngela brought a nuanced understanding that oppression is collective trauma, impacting us all differentially.
